Senior Stretch and Flow Yoga

A gentler yoga with the focus on stretching by holding poses with supportive props such as blocks and straps. Longer holds strengthen/tone muscles while deepening flexibility. Class concludes with savasana, the practice of deep mental and physical relaxation.
