Senior Fitness Classes and Hikes

Yoga with Kate

Improve posture, strengthen the core, back and hips, and gain flexibility. All levels of skill and beginners welcome. Modifications are always presented. This class will include both standing and floor exercises.

  • Mondays and Wednesdays @ 9:30am
  • $5 suggested donation.
  • Bring your own mat. Straps and blocks are provided.

Stretch and Flow Yoga

A gentler yoga with the focus on stretching by holding poses with supportive props such as blocks and straps. Longer holds strengthen/tone muscles while deepening flexibility. Class concludes with savasana, the practice of deep mental and physical relaxation.

Chair Yoga

This is a slower paced yoga for every body. Class focuses on developing strength, flexibility, and balance of body and mind. We use the wall, chairs, the floor, mats and bolsters so that everyone can practice at their own level.

  • Tuesdays at 9:30AM and Thursdays at 10:30AM

Line Dancing

Get your feet moving and your spirits soaring! Learn simple steps to great music while improving balance, coordination, and memory. No partner or experience needed – just comfortable shoes and a smile! WooHoo – look at you!

Mobility in Motion

More yoga! Move with ease and confidence! Improve your flexibility, range of motion, and balance in this fun, low-impact mobility class. You’ll be guided through gentle yoga stretching, balance practice, and strength building exercises to maintain/regain mobility!
