| Preliminary Subdivision Plans | $100 + $50 per lot plus expenses |
| Definitive Subdivision Plans (with previous preliminary plan) | $1000 + $100 per lot plus expenses |
| Definitive Subdivision Plans (without previous preliminary plan) | $5000 + $250 per lot plus expenses |
| Site Plan Review | $100 plus expenses |
| Special Permit | $100 plus expenses and public hearing costs |
| Renewal of Special Permit (with public hearing) | $100 plus expenses and public hearing costs |
| Renewal of Special Permit (without public hearing) | $100 plus expenses |
Expenses
- Expenses for any and all consultants as deemed necessary for plan review by the
Planning Board (i.e. engineering, professional planners, legal assistance, etc.) - Funds shall be provided to the Planning Board prior to plan review of an amount
as determined by estimates received from the Planning Board’s consultant(s) - Any funds remaining after final determination of a plan will be returned to the
applicant (plus interest earned, if any) within 60 days of such final determination

Waivers
Any requests for waivers of the above fees must be made to the Planning Board in writing prior to
application.
