  • Please take notice that pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 40A and the Princeton Zoning By-laws Section VI, 1. (D), the Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at the Town Hall Annex on Wednesday June 16, 2025, at 7:00PM to hear the petition of Victoria Taft applying for a Variance seeking relief from front setback requirements or any other relief deemed necessary by the Board and Site Plan Review for a detached garage. The property is located at 33 Thompson Rd, Assessors map #8, Lot #2. A copy of the petition may be reviewed at the Town Hall during normal business hours. All interested parties are invited to attend.
