•  In accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 40A, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 10, 2025, at 5:00 PM at the Town Hall Annex to consider the petition of Kathleen Sweeney applying for a variance seeking relief from Setback requirements for property on 217 Mirick Road identified on Assessors map #4, Lot 38.

A copy of the petition may be reviewed at the Town Hall Monday-Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

• Review application(s) for open position of ZBA-Alternate Member.
