Review Meeting Minutes
- The minutes of the September 2, 2025, meeting were reviewed and
unanimously approved.
Marketing Update
- Jean Green talked about plans for a fundraiser on November 1, 2025 in conjunction with Mountainside Market.
- Jean Green also mentioned she was working on a brochure about the Trusts.
- The possibility of setting up a tax deductible 501(c)(3) account was also discussed on a preliminary basis.
- Jean Green also discussed how the Trustees could work with the Council on Aging to possibly distribute financial assistance to Town residents.
- Jean Green noted she would try to arrange for the Trustees to attend a Community Coffee on Saturday, December 20, 2025.
Chandler Bullock Tennis Update
- A recent private donation of $500 to the Chandler Bullock Trust was noted. The Trustees expressed their thankfulness for this.
Investment Report
- Bill Holder reported that the Trust Fund portfolio was up 9.38% through September 30, 2025. He also noted that the cash of $6,070 was invested in a Treasury money market fund yielding 4.16%.
Trust Consolidation Request
- Bill Holder reported that the Library Trustees did not want to consolidate the various Library Trusts into one large one.
