Town Hall Annex Meeting Minutes, Tuesday, January 14, 2025, 6:00PM

Present: Janelle Tanenbaum, Chair; Bill Holder, and Bryan Acuto. Jean Green

6:01PM Call to order

Review Meeting Minutes

The minutes of the December 3, 2024, meeting were reviewed and approved 2-0. Bryan Acuto abstained.

Review of Trust Information on Town Website

Jean Green reviewed the updates relative to the information on the Trustee of Trust Funds tab on the Town’s website. Jean Green noted the listing of the trusts, the method of donating and the preferred Trusts for donations.

Investments

The investment portfolio was reviewed and the cash position was noted. The current Investment Policy Statement (IPS) was also reviewed, and a draft of an improved IPS was initiated.

The projected trust payment schedule and liaison assignments

Trustee liaisons to the various Trusts were assigned. The formulation of a payment schedule was postponed until the next meeting.
