Members made final changes to the draft (attached).
Molly: Motion to approve the report for submission to the Town Administrator.

Web Page
Members discussed the current web page. Tracking down information we want to appear on the revised PHIC web page will take a lot of work. The work should be split up.
TO DO: Molly will set up a GoogleDoc to collect input to the revised webpage.
Work assignments:
- Ann: Conversion from single-unit to 2- or 3-unit, and Princeton’s bylaws
- Deb: Short term rentals and Boarders
- Molly: Backlot development
- Carla: ADUs and state resources
Discussions: ADU Workshop

Promotion/Advertising:
PHIC will promote the workshop on Next Door, 2 Facebook groups, PHIC web page, and senior newsletter; all of which are free.
