Minutes
Approval of the minutes for March 12, 2025 was tabled.
Programs for 2025
Program on Grants in March
The Commission discussed the program and reviewed the completed template form.
Farm Day
This will be May 10, with May 17 as a rain date. Marissa volunteered to coordinate this
activity. Participating locations will be Andean Dawn (Lisa), Rattle Root (John), Stimson
Farm (Dylan), and Wachusett Meadows.
Eddie will distribute the signs.
Susan will promote through print media. Dylan and Vicki will promote through social
media. Chad will provide the flyer.
Next year, Susan Connell and Marissa Connors offer their sites.
Small Farm Shared Experiences
This will be May 28 at 7:00 pm, probably at the First Congregational Church (Eddie to
confirm). Conversations may focus on gardening. Marissa will contact/invite members
of the Princeton Garden Club.
Hey Day
Audubon has set Saturday October 4, 11 am to 4 pm, with Sunday October 5 as the rain
date. We will discuss at the May 14 meeting.

We continued the discussion and reflections on the status of the commission and
thoughts and planning for the future.

Saturday May 10 — Farm Day, with May 17 as weather date
Wednesday, May 14 at 7:00 PM – regular meeting at Town Hall Annex with virtual option
Wednesday May 28 – shared farm experiences at First Congregational Church
Meeting adjourned at approximately 8:20 PM.
