The meeting was called to order at 6:33 p.m.
Review and approval of 4/8/25 minutes: Y7, N0, A1
New business:
Discussion of Walter’s Draft AC statement for the 2025 Budget Report. We generally
approved and appreciated the work done by Walter. There was some discussion of what, is
anything should be added. We also discussed how to proceed with our statement if the
Budget Report is not available prior to the ATM. Walter agreed to make some
additions/revisions based on the discussion and present a final version for review and
acceptance at our next meeting.
Next meeting: April 29 at 6:30 pm in the Town Hall Annex and on GoTo
