Description
The Town of Princeton, acting by and through its Selectboard, is soliciting sealed bids for municipal lawn mowing and grounds maintenance services for seven (7) municipal properties for a one (1) year period beginning, July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025. The contract may be extended for up to two (2) additional one-year terms at the Town’s sole discretion. Bidders must specify in their bid the price of their services for each year, which may be the same or different. The Town expects to award the contract to the bidder whose total bid, for all three (3) years combined, is the lowest.
Sealed bids shall be submitted to the Office of the Town Administrator, Princeton Town Offices, 6 Town Hall Drive, Princeton, MA 01541, on or before 1:00 PM, Thursday, July 11, 2024, at which time all bids shall be opened and publicly read. Bids will be accepted until that date and time.
