Chief Election Official

• Oversees the polling place and the conduct of all elections and election-related activity
• Records all actions of Town Meetings.

 Keeper of Town Records

• The municipal code (bylaws)
• The official Town bulletin board
• Oaths of office
• Appointments and resignations of all Town Officials

Licensing Officer

The Clerk’s Office issues state licenses and permits, including:

• Marriage licenses
• Business licenses and renewals
• Dog licenses
• Raffle permits

Records Access Officer

• Responds to requests for public documents
