Public Safety Building Committee

The Committee will assist the Owners’ Project Manager and Project Architect as they finalize the building design (floor plan and exterior appearance), cost estimates, and create the final design and construction documents to bring the project to the bid-ready (sometimes referred to as shovel-ready) state.

Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance to the Architect
  • Help coordinate tasks and manage separable pieces of work
  • Work with the Owners’ Project Manager (Vertex)
  • Perform community outreach
  • Support the Town Administrator in grant application process as needed
